Sparkling Berry

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Gra'it Grappa
⅔ oz Lemon Juice
⅔ oz Sugar Syrup
1 oz Berry Puree
Top with Prosecco or Champagne
DIRECTIONS

Blend the raspberries, sugar and lemon juice to make a syrup.

Add a splash of prosecco to a champagne flute, then pour the syrup and prosecco in a mixing glass fill it with ice, stir gently, and strain into glass.

Top with a little more prosecco for some fizz.

Garnish with fresh raspberry.
